Harley Quinn is a well-known character from the DC Comics universe, famous for her love story with the Joker and her eccentric costumes. She was originally a psychiatrist named Harleen Quinzel sent to psychoanalyze the Joker, and she falls in love with him after meeting him in Arkham Asylum. The character first appeared in an episode of the animated television series Batman: Joker’s Favor in 1992, and was so popular that she became a recurring character in the DC Comics universe. Harley Quinn is known for her strength of mind and use of psychiatry to manipulate and torture her victims, as well as her athleticism, seductiveness, and skill with weapons. She also has a tumultuous relationship with the Joker, and even had a child with him in the comic “Injustice: Gods among us”.
